Staff Focus Groups enable colleagues to share their views and our last staff engagement survey showed staff engagement at 77% - well above the sector benchmark of 73%.
Our recently awarded Investors in People Gold Status and British Safety Council Five Star Rating make us one of the best and safest employers within Shropshire.
Only the top 5% of organisations across the UK are awarded the Investors in People Gold standard and we have now held this standard for six years. The final report from Investors in People stated, “People genuinely believe the organisation is a great place to work.”
