Severnside Housing is a not for profit company which exists to provide affordable housing and services to support the residents who live in its homes. We currently provide accommodation in over 5,000 homes across Shropshire. We are a Registered Social Landlord and are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority, who took over from the Housing Corporation, on 01 December 2008.

Severnside opens green homes - Residents joined their local councillor recently to cut the ribbon at a development of new, energy efficient green homes, just outside Shrewsbury.
Ribbon cutting marks new homes - Severnside Housing invited local residents, partners and stakeholders to join them as the ribbon was cut to mark the completion of work on 20 new affordable homes in Shrewsbury.
Tenants’ group gets together - Severnside Tenants and Residents Group (STAR) got together recently to relaunch their resources centre, and encourage more Severnside residents to get in touch and get involved.
