Sometimes the Neighbourhood Officer will suggest contacting another agency that has the powers to help tackle your problem. This could be:-

West Mercia Police (main site link) - Tel: 0300 333 3000 - who can take action in a large variety of instances ranging from racial and sexual harassment to writing offensive graffiti, and from keeping dangerous dogs to causing an obstruction by parking on pavements or verges.
