You can pay your rent easily in many different ways - please see full details below.

Ways to Pay

You can telephone us on 0300 300 0059 during office opening hours. 

When calling out of hours you will have an option to make an automated payment and will be directed to allpay by pressing Option 2

You can set up or amend a Direct Debit by speaking to your Income Enforcement Officer on 0300 300 0059.

You can make cash payments using the payment machine at our Brassey Road Office, during office hours.

You can pay with your swipecard at any paypoint site, which are located in shops, supermarkets and petrol stations, as well as at the Post Office.  To locate the most convenient place for you to pay your rent in this way visit

You can pay at any Post Office using your Rent Payment Card.

If you would like a copy of your rent statement, please call us on 0300 300 0059, email or call into our Reception and we can print one off for you, while you wait.

Severnside no longer post out quarterly rent statements.  However, they do issue a year end rent statement that is posted to your address.

Allpay have informed us that they have recently updated their mobile payment applications.   Therefore, if you have not done so already can you please delete the existing application from your device and download the new application from the app store .  

Regrettably there has been a delay with the release of the update for Windows device users, which means their existing application will not work. However, Allpay expect this update to be released shortly and apologise for any inconvenience.  In the interim you can continue to make payments either via the automated telephone service (0844 5578321) or via their website (using their mobile application login details).

If after completing the above, you continue to encounter further problems please call 0844 5578318 or email detailing the device you are using and the operating system. In addition, any error message/codes that you are receiving and detail at what point you are encountering the problem to enable Allpay to investigate further.
