Beware of cold callers

We have become aware of people cold calling our customers in Shropshire, claiming they are from Severnside Housing.

If you are concerned that someone is acting suspiciously please:

  • Don’t deal with people who don’t have proper identification with them. Our staff, as well as our contractors, always carry ID with them.
  • Report any concerns to us on 0300 300 0059.
  • If you feel unsafe call the police on 101.
