Along with our customer-led panels, we will also carry out customer surveys.

We may contact you after you have received a particular service to ask about your experience.

Spending a few moments taking part in these surveys gives us a real insight into whether we are delivering great services.  They also help us to improve the way that we work and identify areas where we can improve.

 


STAR survey

As part of our commitment to listening to the views of our customers, Severnside Housing has asked Acuity, to carry out a postal survey on our behalf to find out how satisfied you are with your home and the services you receive from us.  This important information will help us to improve our services and highlight what we could do better.  It will also enable us to:

  • measure customer satisfaction
  • assess trends over time
  • check our strategies and policies are correct

It can influence important decisions that we take – so please look out for it and take part!  The closing date is 11 September 2017.

Three questionnaires will be drawn at random from those returned, and the lucky winners will each receive a £50 high street shopping voucher.  Should you be randomly selected as a prize draw winner by Acuity, then Acuity will release your name and address details ONLY to Severnside Housing so that they may contact you about your winnings. All other information provided by you in the questionnaire will remain confidential.
