We are passionate about providing you with opportunities to have a real say in the services you receive.

There are a number of ways that you can get involved and share your views.  We carry out regular customer surveys and have two customer-led panels which look in detail at different parts of our work and report on their findings.

These panels will enable you to share your views, so that we can learn from your experiences and improve the way that we work.

Our Homes board want to provide customers with a range of opportunities to have a real say and have promised:

  1. To listen and be influenced by the views of customers, over and above regulatory requirements.
  2. That our customer-led panels will be able to express their views directly to them.
  3. Customers will be able to influence the setting of service standards and specifications, customer facing strategies and policies.
  4. To receive regular feedback from customers who have recently used our services, so any service failures can be acted on quickly and we can learn from customers’ experience.
  5. Customers will be able to undertake reviews of our services and their views will be final.  The board will be made aware of their views and the management response.
  6. That the board and executive team will receive regular reports on the quality and performance of services and feedback from customers including complaints.

Twice a year we will bring together our involved customers, board members, directors and colleagues to ensure that the views of our customers are heard.
